- Battery Backup helps keep your door running even when the power goes out—ensuring safe and continuous operation no matter the weather (Battery Backup is standard on the Jackshaft model and is an optional feature on Chain Hoist model).
- Diagnostics at floor level through myQ Facility on your mobile device allows you to see what the problem is. That way, can fix it yourself or know who to call.
